About This Role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our customer acquisition and retention strategies. You'll lead cross-functional teams to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across all marketing channels.

We're looking for a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of scaling user bases and optimizing conversion funnels. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence our company's trajectory and mentor junior marketers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute innovative user acquisition strategies
  • Create data-driven growth plans across multiple channels
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth levers

Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize conversion funnels from awareness to retention
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for continuous improvement
  • Develop personalized user journeys for different segments

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid acquisition channels (SEM, social, display)
  • Develop organic growth strategies (SEO, content, virality)

Experimentation

  • Design and lead growth experiments across the funnel
  • Analyze results to inform strategic decisions
  • Scale successful experiments into core growth channels

Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling user bases
  • Experience managing $500k+ monthly ad spend

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling

Analytical Abilities

  • Data-driven decision making mindset
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets

Nice to Have

  • Experience in edtech or HR tech industries
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Experience with influencer marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Day-to-Day Work

You'll start each day analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement experiments and optimize conversion funnels. Expect to manage campaigns across multiple channels, analyze user behavior data, and present growth insights to leadership.

Our stack includes Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and various A/B testing tools. You'll have the autonomy to explore new channels and strategies while optimizing existing campaigns for maximum ROI.
