Early Careers was founded in 2020 by a team of educators and tech entrepreneurs who recognized the challenges graduates face when entering the job market. After seeing talented students struggle to find opportunities that matched their skills and aspirations, we set out to create a better solution.
What started as a university project has grown into a platform trusted by over 1,200 companies and more than 50,000 students and graduates across the globe. Our mission is simple: to make career beginnings as seamless and successful as possible.
Today, Early Careers continues to innovate with new tools and resources to bridge the gap between education and employment, helping launch thousands of careers every year.
