About This Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Early Careers, you'll lead our digital strategy across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness among students and recent graduates.

We're seeking a data-driven marketer who can balance creativity with analytical rigor. This role offers the opportunity to shape our marketing approach while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Create A/B testing strategies to optimize performance
  • Manage campaign budgets and ROI tracking

SEO & Content

  • Develop and implement SEO strategy
  • Create compelling content across platforms
  • Manage content calendar and production

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Create comprehensive performance reports
  • Translate data into actionable insights

Collaboration

  • Work with design team on creative assets
  • Coordinate with product team on landing pages
  • Mentor junior marketing associates

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)

  • Experience with data visualization tools

Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing roles
  • Proven track record in campaign management
  • Experience with B2C marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in education/HR tech sectors
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Video content creation experience
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS

Day-to-Day Work

Your typical day will include analyzing campaign performance, planning new initiatives, creating content briefs, and collaborating with our creative team. You'll participate in weekly sprint planning, monthly strategy sessions, and quarterly performance reviews.

Our marketing stack includes Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and various social platforms. You'll have the opportunity to test new channels and strategies while optimizing our existing marketing funnels.
